ProPlus will only accept an exchange policy at our office within 3 days after the customer receives the product.  The returning product must be in new condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.  Products that are damaged, used and worn out are not acceptable for the exchange.   An exchange with any product of equal or higher value is permitted.  

For the moment, we do not accept returns and offer any cash refund.
